In an exceptional location, at the entrance to the Jardin des Plantes and in the heart of the Museum, Le Moaï is open every day from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
At the helm of the restaurant since 2015, Pauline and Julien BRAILLON offer a space dedicated to the culture of taste, in the continuity of Gérard GARRIGUES at the origin of the creation of the restaurant. Julien shares with him the same vision of cooking, the same attachment to quality products, the same desire to share his culinary passion…
The restaurant reflects this state of mind.
Around an original concept of gourmet self-service, Le Moaï is a real invitation to indulge to awaken the senses of young and old gourmets. Installed on the terrace in the middle of century-old trees and peacocks or comfortably seated inside at the foot of the elephant, they can only appreciate the fresh, gourmet, local and creative cuisine.

The restaurant-tea room La Noria welcomes you in an exceptional setting in Toulouse in the heart of the Gardens of the Toulouse Museum, Borderouge district.
La Noria is a market cuisine made from fresh products prepared on site (homemade). Thanks to the menu that changes every day, La Noria offers you a cuisine that adapts to the seasons by emphasizing as much as possible on regional products (South-West).
