Changing room

As part of the Vigipirate plan, no suitcase or large bag will be accepted at the entrance to the establishment and cannot be left in the cloakroom.
Deposited personal effects must be collected the same day. The deposit of valuables engages the responsibility of the depositor.
In case of heavy traffic, the cloakroom may be closed and/or full. Only the deposit of motorcycle and bicycle helmets remains compulsory before accessing the exhibition spaces.

Emergency attack

The locker room is now closed. We no longer take motorcycle helmets. Bicycle helmets are allowed in the spaces provided they are attached to a bag or put in a bag.

Equipment loan

Wheelchairs, baby carriers, cane seats and locks are available to visitors.

Stroller park

As the temporary exhibition in the basement is not accessible to pushchairs, parking is available on the ground floor. The visit of our permanent collection and the Henri Gaussen Botanical Garden can, for its part, be carried out with (several lifts on the route).

Accessibility

The reception desk, the cash desks, the Champs libre studio and the auditorium are equipped with magnetic loops for hearing-impaired visitors.
A reading machine is available to the public on request in the libraries of the Museum.
A video magnifier is available to the visually impaired to facilitate reading documents at the reception of the Museum.

The Museum is equipped with toilets on the different floors, most are equipped with changing tables.

Digital tablet

Tablets are offered to visitors to discover the Museum through thematic guided tours in French, English, Spanish and French sign language.
You also have the possibility of following these mobile visits by connecting to the local WI-FI “Visite Muséum Mobile” from your smartphone.

Muséojeux

For a playful discovery of the Museum’s permanent collections, Muséojeux self-guided discovery kits are offered to families with children aged 3 and over.
