Libraries

Bibliothèque Emile Cartailhac

The Toulouse Museum has two libraries: the Émile Cartailhac adult library and the Pourquoi Pas? children’s library, both of which are freely accessible on request from the Museum reception desk.

These two libraries are accessible free of charge. They contribute to the dissemination of scientific information and culture. Their acquisitions and outreach activities highlight the major disciplines developed by the Museum in conjunction with its collections and cultural programme.

The libraries are designed to help you relax, work, meet people, read… in the best possible conditions.

The librarians will welcome you, help you with your research and invite you to discover our collections.
